Returns

UK Mainland

Unwanted goods - All goods returned for a full refund must be returned within 14 days in an unused, unopened, re-sellable condition including original packaging and documentation. Customers will be responsible for the return carriage costs.

Faulty – All efforts are taken to ensure that goods arrive in a fit for purpose condition and customers are fully satisfied; however in the unlikely event that this is not the case, please contact us immediately.
Consumable goods will be replaced like for like (refund option only available if received within 14 days of purchase). Max of x2 replacements per order & capped at 6 months from order received - in the highly unlikely event that this occurs you will be offered a trade-in towards an original product. If returning inks; please apply some tape to the printhead, if the ink leaks in transit it may be removed from the postal service and if the printhead is dried out the ink can not be tested - all inks will need to be quality tested to qualify for a refund/replacement. Machines/Electrical Appliances will be repaired. If non-repairable a replacement will be issued (refund option only available if received/inspected within 14 days of purchase).

All returned products are inspected & tested. If no fault is found or the product was not in a condition to be tested the goods will be returned in the condition they were received, returned carriage may also be chargeable.

You (the sender) will be responsible for claiming the missing goods if lost in transit on return to us therefore we strongly urge you to retain your ‘Proof of Postage Certificate’ or send via a tracked service as we will only refund/replace goods that we have physically received.

Carriage is free for replacements of faulty goods.

All returns are subject to inspection.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Additionally; in the unlikely event of a machine/appliance breakdown the goods may need to be returned to base to be inspected and repaired if necessary. Customers will be responsible for this return and costs incurred. Carriage is free of charge for replacements of faulty goods.

Due to the shipping costs, on some machines we may offer a ‘parts only warranty’ option reducing carriage costs as this is beneficial for both parties.
